Using the Email Control Panel

The Control Panel manages the domains, mailboxes, forwarding, and email settings for a selected hosting service. Start from your Management account each time you need to open it.

Open the Control Panel

  1. Sign in to management.mxroute.com.
  2. Open Subscriptions and find the Active service you want to manage.
  3. Select Open control panel. The panel opens in a new tab.
  4. Check the account name and domains before making changes.

This is the standard sign-in workflow for MXroute customers. Management handles billing, subscriptions, support, and account security. Use each mailbox's full email address and its own password in webmail and email clients. Those mailbox credentials are separate from your Management login.

If the launch button is missing or fails, check the service access requirements.

Find your way around

Use the left sidebar for Domains, Email Accounts, Email Forwarders, Email Clients, Spam Filters, and DNS. On a phone, open the navigation with the menu button first.

Open Advanced for SSL Certificates, Domain Pointers, Catch-All, Email Logs, and API Keys. Calendar & Contacts appears on the main panel hostname; it is hidden on custom branded hostnames.

For a reseller service, choose My Account for your own domains or Reseller for customer accounts, packages, branding, and WHMCS integration. Use Back to return to the previous menu.

Choose the domain for a task

  1. Open a domain-specific page, such as Email Accounts, Email Forwarders, or DNS.
  2. Click the domain selector near the page heading.
  3. Type part of the domain name to filter the list, then select the intended domain.
  4. Wait for the page to reload and confirm the selected name before submitting a form.

The panel remembers the domain selection across relevant pages. Check it again when switching tasks or working in multiple tabs. The sender whitelist and blacklist are account-wide despite being reached from a page with a domain selector.

Read the dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Check Account Stats for disk usage, domain count, and mailbox count. A previous-login time appears when available.
  3. Click a domain under Your Domains to open its Email Accounts page.
  4. Use the documentation or support cards when present. Their destinations can differ on a reseller's branded panel.

For the mailbox breakdown and reporting delays, see Disk usage.
