MXroute 3.9 represents a major milestone in our platform evolution, introducing a new unified control panel experience, a centralized calendar and contacts system, and laying the groundwork for the upcoming MXroute 4.0 release.

What's New

New Customer Control Panel

We've launched a brand new control panel for all customers on DirectAdmin servers, available at panel.mxroute.com. This modern interface provides:

• Unified access point: A single, consistent URL for all DirectAdmin server customers
• Streamlined experience: Simplified navigation and improved user interface
• Centralized management: Manage your email services from one convenient location

TIP

All existing DirectAdmin functionality remains available. The new panel provides an enhanced front-end experience while maintaining full compatibility with your current setup.

Simplified Spam Filter Configuration

The new control panel includes a completely redesigned spam filter configuration interface, built from the ground up to address years of customer feedback. If you're a power user, the streamlined approach might feel overly simple at first—but trust us on this one. The previous configuration experience generated more support tickets and confusion than we'd like to admit. If you weren't frustrated by the old system, you probably just hadn't discovered all the ways it could confuse you yet.

Reseller Panel & Branding Options

Resellers now have access to powerful new customization features at panel.mxroute.com:

• Custom branding: Personalize the control panel with your own branding
• White-label options: Create a seamless experience for your customers under your brand
• Reseller-specific dashboard: Access reseller tools and options by logging in with your reseller credentials

To access these features, log into panel.mxroute.com with your reseller account credentials to see all available branding and customization options.

New CalDAV/CardDAV System

We're introducing a centralized calendar and contacts synchronization system at dav.mxroute.com:

• Universal compatibility: Works with any email account hosted on MXroute
• Simple authentication: Uses your existing IMAP credentials - no separate account needed
• Cross-device sync: Keep your calendars and contacts synchronized across all your devices
• Industry-standard protocols: Full CalDAV and CardDAV support for maximum compatibility with calendar and contact applications

Important Requirement

Your domain's MX records must point to one of MXroute's mail servers for the CalDAV/CardDAV system to work. This verification ensures service integrity and security.

Expert Spam Filtering Now Available to All Users

The opt-in/opt-out functionality for Expert Spam Filtering (formerly known as susranges) is now available to all users via panel.mxroute.com:

• Universal access: Previously only available on newer DirectAdmin servers, now extended to all DA servers
• User control: Enable or disable Expert Spam Filtering based on your specific needs
• Easy management: Toggle settings directly from the new control panel

New Billing System (In Development)

A new billing and account management system is actively being developed at management.mxroute.com:

• Modern interface: Redesigned billing experience
• Improved account management: Better tools for managing your MXroute services
• Active development: Currently usable but features are still being added

Development Status

The new billing system at management.mxroute.com is functional but incomplete. We're actively adding features and welcome feedback as we continue development toward the 4.0 release.

Documentation Note

Documentation will continue to reflect DirectAdmin interfaces and workflows until the MXroute 4.0 release. At that point, documentation will be updated to reflect the new user experience with our unified panels.

• Simplified integration: Context switches between systems are handled internally, making development easier
• Service-focused: This is a service management API (not an email API), designed to help you manage your MXroute account and services programmatically

Complete documentation overhaul reflecting the new user experience with our unified panels and modern interface.

Fully Integrated Calendar & Contacts

The CalDAV/CardDAV system introduced in 3.9 will be fully integrated into the platform experience, providing seamless calendar and contact management through our centralized system.
